Casement Windows

Most uPVC windows you’ll see are casement windows as in the photographs. With many different frame configurations, these windows are versatile in their design benefiting from a range of opening options and multi point locking for your high security.

French Windows

Stylish and secure, opening outward letting the outside in. This design is ideal for cottages or smaller properties and can look even better when leaded glass designs are added.

Insurance Backed Guarantee

We are quite happy to return, for around three months after any installation, FREE OF CHARGE, to carry out any minor adjustments that might be necessary once your new window has had chance to ‘bed in’.  The IBG given as your peace of mind that should anything go wrong further down the line, and we were no longer in business, any work would be still be carried out but by someone sent to you via the insurance company. There is NO annual premium to pay. All you have to do is keep the original invoice and the IBG together. A sample Policy wording is downloadable from the Documents tab.

*Please note that Acorn Glass and Glazing are not members of any self-regulatory organisation such as FENSA or CERTASS where only around 1% of installations are checked for compliance to Building Regulations.
  • As a reputable glazing business established over 20 years, we believe this is totally unsatisfactory.
  • All the replacement window and door installations we undertake fully conform to Building Regulations.
When the work is completed, and if it needs Building Regulations compliance certification, we will contact the local Building Control department on your behalf and arrange and pay for an inspection, so that you will have a Loxal Authority Building Regulation Certificate, not a certificate that may or may not truthfully certify compliance.
